Powersports Parts Searched by Source
When a user attempts to add an out of stock part to a parts invoice, LightspeedEVO checks surrounding participating dealers for stock and offers the user a list of those dealers who do have the part in inventory. The following report details the number of times during the stated month that parts personnel have chosen to actively search surrounding dealer’s inventories. The report is organized by parts vendor, and shows both the count of searches for that vendor and the retail dollar value of the parts searched.
Powersports New Units by Year
A sample of current and non-current major unit inventory held by dealers nationally is reported in the two charts below. In the first chart, units are grouped by product type (scooters, on-road, off-road etc.) and then broken down by percent into three groups: current model year, previous model year, and all older model years. In the second chart, the total of all units is reported in six segments ranging from current model year to those model years 2007 and older.
The database contains Parts, Service and Major Unit transactional data. Parts and Major Unit inventory information is also gathered and used in the highly successful Lightspeed Dealership Locator program. Dealers, OEMs, distributors and manufacturers are each invited to work with our data services team to formulate reports* and analyze dealer operations. With over 30 years of experience in powersports, marine and RV dealerships, Lightspeed is ready to work with industry partners to elevate them to new levels of understanding, helping them to be more efficient, and profitable.
